Account – Assistant, Executive & Managers

This isn’t a traditional desk job. You’ll be a key player in managing our financial health and supporting our finance and account administrative operations, all while working with a team that values your skills and achievements.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Management: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and provide essential support for full-set account preparation, audit exercises, and taxation.

Costing and Reporting: Prepare sales and project costing, and assist in a variety of ad-hoc projects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison with banks and other financial institutions for potential project financing and relevant facilities.

Administrative Support: Assist with both procurement and sales exercises as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and mature professional who is a good team player but also thrives on independence.

Experience & Education: This ad is for a range of positions, from intern to manager. You must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Experience in a similar role is a major advantage.

Location: Willing to work in the Klang Valley and report to our office in Shah Alam and Bangi, Selangor.

Language: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Personal Qualities: Matured, with good communication and analytical skills. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mobility: Willing to travel locally. Having your own transport and a valid driving license is a plus.
